SABA: Sardinia Aging Biomarkers Analysis
25 years of super-ager science. The most complete map of healthy longevity ever assembled.
Sardinia is one of five Blue Zones, regions where people routinely live past 100. The SABA study is tracking 50,000 participants, capturing not just disease, but what makes healthy aging possible.
Most health data captures illness. SABA captures longevity. This dataset is the biological foundation of the Agentic Health Twin.

Preliminary Findings:
Sardinians average 10,264 steps/day, 28% more than UK Biobank, and 47% more than US "All of Us." Lower chronic stress markers correlate with cardiovascular resilience. Social connectivity patterns predict cognitive health trajectories. Data suggests lifestyle factors may be more predictive than genetics alone.
